Product Overview
The Huawei S2700-9TP-EI-DC is a Layer 2 non-modular intelligent Ethernet switch powered by DC power supply, designed primarily for enterprise network access layers. It belongs to Huawei’s S2700 series of green energy-efficient Fast Ethernet smart access switches and is built upon the Huawei VRP (Versatile Routing Platform) software platform.
This switch features 9 ports, including eight 10/100Base-TX Ethernet ports and one Gigabit Combo port (10/100/1000 or SFP). With a switching capacity of 32Gbps and a packet forwarding rate of 2.7Mpps, it delivers reliable performance for small to medium-sized enterprise deployments. The device supports stacking functionality, comprehensive VLAN features, robust QoS policies, and multiple security mechanisms including 802.1x authentication and MAC address authentication.
The S2700-9TP-EI-DC incorporates built-in surge protection technology (up to 6KV) and features a fanless design for silent operation. It supports Easy Operation features for simplified maintenance and can be managed through CLI, Telnet, SNMP, and web-based management interfaces.
