Product Overview
The Huawei S1720-28GFR-PWR-4P-AC is a managed Gigabit Ethernet switch from the Huawei S1700 series, designed for deployment at the access layer of enterprise networks. It delivers cost-effective packet switching capability while providing multi-service access, excellent extensibility, Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee, powerful multicast replication, and carrier-class security. The switch supports ring topology construction for high reliability and is well-suited for a variety of scenarios, including Gigabit Ethernet access to enterprise networks and Gigabit-to-desktop deployments.
This model features 24 PoE+ 10/100/1000BASE-T downlink ports and 4 Gigabit SFP uplink ports, with a built-in AC power supply that delivers up to 370W of PoE power—sufficient to provide full PoE power on all 24 ports in compliance with IEEE 802.3af, or on 12 ports in compliance with IEEE 802.3at (PoE+). The switch is equipped with a mode switching button that allows users to toggle port indicators between speed mode, PoE mode, and default connection status mode. A reset button is also provided for device reset and factory settings restoration.
The S1720-28GFR-PWR-4P-AC is widely applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises, Internet cafes, hotels, schools, and other Ethernet access scenarios. It supports Web-based management and offers an easy-to-operate, user-friendly interface.
