Product Overview

The Dell PowerEdge R760xd2 is a 2U, two-socket rack server purpose-built for storage-intensive workloads, including file and object storage, video capture and retrieval, and content delivery networks. It is designed to address the dynamic performance and capacity demands of data-heavy applications with flexible storage configurations and highly scalable memory, I/O, and networking options.

The system supports up to two 4th or 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors, up to 1.5 TB of DDR5 RDIMM memory, and a maximum raw storage capacity of 616 TB through 28 drive bays. With PCIe Gen4 expansion and integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 9 (iDRAC9) management, the R760xd2 delivers the performance and manageability required for modern data center deployments.
