Product Overview
The Huawei CloudEngine CE6820H-48S6CQ is a next-generation, high-performance top-of-rack (ToR) data center switch designed for high-density 10GE server access. It is part of the CloudEngine 6800 series and is built to meet the demanding requirements of cloud computing data centers and enterprise networks.
This fixed 1RU switch provides 48 x 10GE SFP+ downlink ports for server connectivity and 6 x 40/100GE QSFP28 uplink ports for high-bandwidth aggregation to the core network. It is engineered with a powerful hardware architecture that delivers high throughput and low latency. The switch supports a comprehensive suite of data center features, including VXLAN with BGP-EVPN for network virtualization, M-LAG for multi-device link aggregation and high availability, and advanced congestion management with PFC and ECN for lossless RoCE (v1/v2) traffic. The CE6820H-48S6CQ series is designed for flexible deployment with front-to-back or back-to-front airflow options, making it suitable for various data center cooling architectures.
