Overview
The Dell EMC PowerEdge R530 is a versatile, affordable 2U two-socket rack server designed to deliver balanced performance and mid-range scalability for a wide range of common business workloads. It supports up to two Intel Xeon E5-2600 v3 or v4 product family processors, 12 DDR4 DIMM slots, and up to eight 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch hot-plug drives. With up to five PCIe expansion slots (including three PCIe 3.0 slots), the R530 provides flexible I/O expansion for growing infrastructure needs. The system is managed via Dell OpenManage and iDRAC8 with Lifecycle Controller.
