Product Overview
The Huawei CloudEngine S5735-S24P4XE-V2 is a next-generation, enterprise-class Layer 3 Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for high-performance campus and branch network deployments. Built on Huawei’s advanced hardware architecture and unified software platform, this switch delivers enhanced Layer 3 features, intelligent operations and maintenance (O&M), flexible Ethernet networking, and mature IPv6 capabilities .
The switch is equipped with 24 x 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE+ ports for powering end devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones, along with 4 x 10 GE SFP+ uplink ports for high-speed backbone connectivity. It also features 2 dedicated 12GE stack ports for simplified network scalability via Huawei’s iStack technology . With support for N+1 power supply redundancy (up to 3 power modules) and a robust set of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (including OSPF, BGP, and VRRP), this switch provides reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity in medium to large enterprise networks, data center access layers, and metropolitan area networks .
