Product Overview
The Huawei S3700-52P-SI-AC is a Layer 3 Fast Ethernet switch from Huawei’s S3700 series, designed to deliver resilient 100 Mbit/s switching for enterprise networks. It is positioned for deployment at the access layer or aggregation layer of enterprise networks, providing large capacity, high port density, and cost-effective packet forwarding capabilities.
Built on Huawei’s VRP® (Versatile Routing Platform) software platform, the S3700-52P-SI-AC offers simple installation and maintenance, flexible VLAN deployment, rich routing functionality, and IPv6 upgrade readiness. The switch supports Layer 2 and basic Layer 3 functionality, with advanced features including comprehensive QoS policies, robust security mechanisms, and multicast management capabilities.
The device features 52 ports in a non-modular fixed form factor, including 48 downlink 10/100BASE-TX ports and 4 uplink Gigabit SFP ports. With a switching capacity of 64 Gbit/s and forwarding performance of 13.2 Mpps, it delivers reliable packet forwarding for small to medium-sized enterprise campus IT environments, as well as large data centers.
