Product Overview

The Huawei S3700-28TP-EI-DC is a next-generation Layer 3 enterprise Ethernet switch designed for high-performance access and aggregation in enterprise campus networks. As part of the S3700 Enhanced Edition (EI) series, this model supports IP multicasting and advanced routing protocols including Static Route, RIPv1, RIPv2, ECMP, OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.

The switch is equipped with 24 Ethernet 10/100Base-TX ports, 2 1000Base-X SFP uplink ports, and 2 Gigabit Combo ports (10/100/1000Base-T or 100/1000Base-X). It is powered by a DC -48V to -60V power supply and features fan‑free natural heat dissipation for silent operation.

Built on Huawei’s Versatile Routing Platform (VRP) software, the S3700-28TP-EI-DC delivers a switching capacity of 64 Gbps and a forwarding performance of 9.6 Mpps. It supports flexible VLAN deployment, comprehensive QoS policies, robust security features, and IPv6 migration capabilities, making it an ideal solution for building next-generation IT networks.
