Huawei S1720-52GWR-4X-E-AC Switch – Product Information
Product Overview
The Huawei S1720-52GWR-4X-E-AC is a next-generation energy-saving Ethernet access switch designed for small- and medium-sized enterprises, Internet cafes, hotels, and schools. As part of the S1700 series, this fully-managed switch is deployed at the access layer of enterprise networks to deliver cost-effective packet switching capability.
The switch features 48 10/100/1000BASE-T downlink ports and 4 10GE SFP+ uplink ports, providing high-density Gigabit access with 10-Gigabit uplink connectivity. It offers a switching capacity of 336 Gbit/s and a forwarding performance of 132 Mpps.
Key capabilities include multi-service access, excellent extensibility, Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee, powerful multicast replication, and carrier-class security. The switch supports intelligent upgrade features through the Huawei Online Upgrade Platform (HOUP), enabling automated one-click upgrades with minimal service interruption. Management options include SNMP, web-based management (HTTPS), DHCP client, user password protection, one-key restoration, and command-line interface (CLI) configuration.
