Huawei S1720-52GWR-4P-E-AC Switch – Product Documentation
Product Overview
The Huawei S1720-52GWR-4P-E-AC is a managed Ethernet access switch from the S1700 series, designed for deployment at the access layer of enterprise networks to deliver cost-effective packet switching capabilities. The switch provides multi-service access, excellent extensibility, Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee, powerful multicast replication, and carrier-class security, and can be used to build ring topologies of high reliability.
Equipped with 48 10/100/1000BASE-T ports and 4 Gigabit SFP ports, the S1720-52GWR-4P-E-AC offers “copper + fiber” GE uplink flexibility, allowing convenient client access while significantly improving cost-effectiveness. All ports provide Layer 2 wire-speed switching capability, ensuring non-blocking packet forwarding across all ports. The switch also supports Layer 3 static routing with both IPv4 and IPv6 protocol stacks.
The S1720-52GWR-4P-E-AC features a built-in fixed AC power supply and a fanless design with natural heat dissipation, making it suitable for small to medium-sized enterprises, Internet cafes, hotels, schools, and other Ethernet access scenarios.
