Product Overview
The Huawei FusionServer Pro 2488H V5 is a high-performance 2U rack server designed for mission-critical enterprise workloads, database processing, virtualization, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. Powered by up to four Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Platinum or Gold series), the system delivers exceptional computing density with support for up to 112 cores and 224 threads per system.
The server features 48 DDR4 DIMM slots supporting memory speeds up to 2933 MT/s, with a maximum capacity of 3TB, and offers extensive storage flexibility with multiple drive configurations including support for NVMe SSDs. The 2488H V5 incorporates Huawei’s iBMC management chip for comprehensive remote administration, including Redfish, SNMP, and IPMI 2.0 compliance, alongside HTML5/VNC KVM for out-of-band management.
With redundant power supplies, N+1 redundant fans, and support for RAID 0/1/5/6/10/50/60 with supercapacitor protection, the platform ensures high availability and data integrity for business-critical applications. Optional FusionDirector management software enables advanced features such as OS batch deployment, firmware auto-upgrade, and stateless computing.
