Product Overview

The Huawei S5700-52X-LI-48CS-AC is a next-generation energy-saving gigabit Ethernet switch designed for enterprise campus networks and data center access applications. It belongs to the S5700-LI series and is built on Huawei’s high-performance hardware platform combined with the Versatile Routing Platform (VRP).

Key Features:

• High-Density CSFP Ports: The switch features forty-four 100/1000BASE-X CSFP ports. When CSFP optical modules are installed, each port functions as two ports, providing a total of 44 ports; when SFP optical modules are used, each port functions as one port, providing 22 ports. Each downlink CSFP port equipped with a CSFP GE optical module can deliver 2 Gbit/s bidirectional bandwidth—twice the bandwidth of standard SFP optical modules.

• Combo Ports: Four combo ports (10/100/1000BASE-T + 100/1000BASE-X) provide flexibility for copper or fiber uplink connections.

• High-Speed Uplinks: Four 10GE SFP+ ports enable high-speed upstream transmission.

• Energy-Saving Design: The S5700-LI series incorporates innovative energy-saving technologies including Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), port power detection, dynamic CPU frequency adjustment, and device sleep mode—making it the industry’s first switch series to support device sleep mode.

• Intelligent Stacking (iStack): Supports intelligent stack technology for simplified management and network expansion.

• Front Power Access: Models with front power sockets can be installed in 300 mm deep cabinets and maintained through the front panel, making them ideal for shallow cabinets and space-constrained equipment rooms.
