Huawei S2700-18TP-EI-DC – Product Information
Product Overview
The Huawei S2700-18TP-EI-DC is a next-generation energy-saving 100M Ethernet intelligent access switch from the Huawei S2700 series. It is a Layer 2 Ethernet switch designed primarily for deployment on enterprise intranets and IP Metropolitan Area Networks, carrying various Ethernet services.
This model features 16 10/100BASE-T Ethernet ports and 2 dual-purpose Gigabit Combo ports (supporting either 10/100/1000BASE-T or SFP connectivity), and is equipped with a fixed DC power supply. The EI (Enhanced Edition) version provides more powerful VLAN and QoS capabilities compared to the SI (Standard Edition) models.
Built upon Huawei’s Versatile Routing Platform (VRP) software and leveraging cutting-edge switching technologies, the S2700-18TP-EI-DC delivers a switching capacity of 32 Gbps and a forwarding performance of 5.4 Mpps. The switch supports flexible VLAN deployment, comprehensive security and QoS policies, and energy-saving technologies, making it an ideal solution for enterprise customers building next-generation IT networks.
The S2700 series supports powerful surge protection, SEP, ERPS, and ASIC switching technologies. With a compact 1U form factor (442 mm × 220 mm × 43.6 mm) and weighing less than 2.4 kg, it is easy to install and maintain.
