Product Overview
The Huawei S1720-28GWR-4P-E-AC is a fully-managed Ethernet access switch from Huawei’s S1700 series, designed for small to medium-sized businesses, Internet cafes, hotels, schools, and enterprise campus network access scenarios. Deployed at the access layer of enterprise networks, this switch delivers cost-effective packet switching capability with multi-service access, excellent extensibility, Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee, powerful multicast replication, and carrier-class security. It supports ring topology construction for high reliability and is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet access to enterprise networks and GE-to-desktop deployments.
The S1720-28GWR-4P-E-AC is a fully-managed switch that supports multiple management and maintenance methods, including web-based management (HTTPS), SNMP, and command-line interface (CLI) configuration. It features a built-in fixed AC power supply, fanless design for silent operation, and comprehensive security features including hardware ACL, multiple authentication modes (802.1X, MAC, Portal, RADIUS), and DHCP Snooping.
