Product Overview
The Huawei FusionServer Pro 2288X V5 is a 2U rack-mount enterprise server designed for data centers requiring high performance, scalability, and energy efficiency. It supports up to two 1st or 2nd generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, delivering powerful computing capabilities for a wide range of workloads including virtualization, cloud computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and database applications.
The server offers flexible storage configurations with up to 12 x 3.5-inch drives or 24 x 2.5-inch drives, enabling tailored solutions for different capacity and performance requirements. With 24 DDR4 memory DIMM slots supporting speeds up to 2933 MT/s and a maximum capacity of 3TB, the 2288X V5 can handle memory-intensive applications with ease.
Network connectivity is robust, featuring onboard dual 10GE ports and flexible OCP 2.0 mezzanine card options. The system is managed through the integrated Huawei iBMC management chip, which provides comprehensive remote administration capabilities including HTML5/VNC KVM, Redfish, SNMP, and IPMI 2.0 support. The server operates reliably in environments ranging from 5°C to 45°C, meeting ASHRAE A3 and A4 standards.
