Offering 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x 5U nodes, each with four sockets with 8- or 12-core POWER8 single-chip modules for up to a total of 192 cores, the IBM Power Systems E880 Model 9119-MHE server is based on POWER8 technology.
Additional features of the IBM 9119-MHE server include: up to 8TB CDIMM memory, redundant system master clock and redundant system master FSP, Active Memory Expansion, and optional 19” PCIe Gen3 4U I/O Expansion Drawers with 12 PCIe slots each.
