Product Overview

The Huawei S5700-52P-LI-DC is a next-generation, energy-saving gigabit Layer 2 Ethernet switch designed for high-bandwidth access and Ethernet multi-service aggregation. Built on next-generation high-performance hardware and the Huawei Versatile Routing Platform (VRP), this switch delivers flexible GE access ports and extensive services for enterprise network deployments.

The S5700-52P-LI-DC features 48 x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports and 4 x GE SFP uplink ports, providing high-density Gigabit access with flexible uplink options. It is powered by a built-in DC power module with a rated voltage range of -48 V DC to -60 V DC, and supports connection to an RPS (Redundant Power System) for power redundancy.

This switch is ideal for use as an access or aggregation switch in campus networks, or to provide Gigabit access in Internet data centers. It offers a comprehensive set of features including intelligent stacking (iStack), flexible Ethernet networking, diversified security control, and advanced energy-saving mechanisms. The S5700-LI series supports Smart Ethernet Protection (SEP) technology and the latest Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) standard, providing millisecond-level protection switchover.

With a switching capacity of 256 Gbps and a forwarding performance of 78 Mpps, the S5700-52P-LI-DC delivers high-speed, efficient data transmission suitable for medium-sized enterprise networks. The switch also supports IPv6 features including Neighbor Discovery (ND), Path MTU (PMTU), IPv6 ping, IPv6 tracert, IPv6 Telnet, and ACLs based on IPv6 addressing.
