The Inspur TS860M5 is an enterprise-grade, 8-socket high-density mission-critical server designed for core business databases, large-scale virtualization, SAP HANA, real-time analytics, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) workloads. Built on the Intel® Xeon® Scalable processor platform, it offers high compute density, flexible scalability, and over 80 hardware/firmware-level Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS) features.

Hardware RAS & Reliability Features

High Availability Design: The TS860M5 is engineered to deliver 99.999% system availability through fault prevention, hardware isolation, and automated recovery mechanisms.

  • Physical Hardware Partitioning: Configurable as a single 8-socket system or two independent 4-socket physical partitions.

  • Memory RAS: Memory Mirroring, Memory Rank Sparing, Advanced ECC, SDDC (Single Device Data Correction), and ADDDC (Adaptive Double Device Data Correction).

  • Fault Isolation & Hot-Swap: Hot-swappable power supplies, fans, storage drives, and select PCIe expansion modules to eliminate unplanned downtime.
