Product Overview

The Huawei S5700-28TP-LI-AC is a managed Gigabit Ethernet Layer 2/Layer 3 switch designed for enterprise campus network access and aggregation, as well as IDC Gigabit access scenarios. As part of the S5700-LI series, this switch features a compact, non-modular chassis design and is built on Huawei’s Versatile Routing Platform (VRP).

The switch is equipped with twenty-four 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet ports, two dedicated 1000BASE-X SFP ports, and two combo ports that support either 10/100/1000BASE-T electrical or 100/1000BASE-X fiber connections. This flexible port configuration enables seamless integration with both copper and fiber network infrastructures.

With a switching capacity of 256 Gbps and a forwarding rate of 66 Mpps, the S5700-28TP-LI-AC delivers robust performance for bandwidth-intensive applications. It supports 4K VLANs, IGMP snooping for multicast management, and comprehensive QoS traffic scheduling capabilities. The switch also incorporates energy-efficient technologies including support for IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet.
