The new Lenovo® System x3500 M5 combines enormous performance and storage versatility. Models with up to 32 2.5-inch or 12 3.5-inch drives are available. Use a combination of fast-access 2.5-inch and low-cost-per-terabyte 3.5-inch drives in the same server to provide tiered storage. Install up to two Intel® Xeon® processors E5-2600 v3 series per server for a total of 36 cores. With up to two extra GPUs, you can speed up your graphics programs. The x3500 M5 helps your workloads soar with twice the memory, up to 131 percent more performance, and 50 percent more cores and cache than the previous generation.
