The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR250 V2 is a single-socket 1U rack server designed for growing businesses, remote/branch offices, and edge deployments where space is constrained but performance and reliability remain critical. It supports one Intel Xeon E-2300 Series or Intel Pentium processor, delivering up to 8 cores at a maximum of 95W, with performance gains of up to 17% over the previous generation .

The server accommodates up to 128GB of TruDDR4 3200MHz ECC UDIMM memory across four DIMM slots, and offers flexible storage configurations including 3.5-inch simple-swap or hot-swap drives and 2.5-inch hot-swap drives, with optional M.2 boot drives for OS redundancy .
