Product Overview
The Huawei S1720-28GWR-PWR-4TP-AC is a fully-managed Gigabit Ethernet switch from the Huawei S1700 series, designed for deployment at the access layer of enterprise networks. It delivers cost-effective packet switching capability with multi-service access, excellent extensibility, Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee, powerful multicast replication, and carrier-class security. The switch supports ring topology construction for high reliability and is applicable to various scenarios including Gigabit Ethernet access to enterprise networks and Gigabit-to-desktop deployments, helping build future-oriented IT networks for enterprises.
The switch features 24 PoE+ 10/100/1000BASE-T ports, 2 GE SFP ports, and 2 dual-purpose 10/100/1000 or SFP ports, providing flexible connectivity options for diverse network environments. With Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) support, it can deliver power to connected devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones directly through Ethernet cables, eliminating the need for separate power supplies.
As a fully-managed switch, the S1720-28GWR-PWR-4TP-AC supports various management and maintenance methods including web-based management, SNMP, and command-line interface (CLI), offering user-friendly graphical interfaces for simplified network administration.
