If the device is defective and is the fault of the manufacturer, the warranty is free of charge if the customer is required to provide the defective device with the device and the correct warranty voucher when contacting us. The serial number and name of the product must be as stated on the warranty voucher. The warranty voucher is not recoverable. The voucher is not valid if it is not signed by the customer, stamped by the seller, as well as if there are any alterations and corrections.
